considering applying to coach at my high school. they dont’ have a squad this year and it breaks my heart. 

umm as a dietetics major; if I see one more blog post about how some girl wants her ribs to show or how she’s been working out nonstop but isn’t LOSING weight. I’m gonna die. FIRST off, if your ribs don’t show, that doesn’t  mean you’re unhealthy, you verywell could just have a body shape that isn’t cut out for that. for example,  my ribs DO show, but I have some belly fat. it’s all about body shape and where your body holds what little fat it has if any. second of all, ifyou’re working out, your PROBABLY going to gain muscle mass and lose fat mass. MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. third off, if your body intakes less than 1200 calories a day, you’re slowly eating away at your muscles and you will eventually be a lifeless skeleton with 0% muscle mass. that is my rant on that.  

ps. there isn’t just one body shape that’s beautiful. just throwing it out there.

these guys are great. end of story. With the exception of the tall one, I see the other two like almost everyday at the gym and wouldn’t be progressing as much as I am without their support :)
